Privacy Policy
This policy explains how aiLedger handles account, chat, and ledger data for its free, chat-first ledger across personal and small-business spending.
Information we handle
aiLedger stores the information needed to run your ledger: guest or account details, authentication records, chat messages, confirmed transactions, preferences, feedback you submit, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To let you record expenses, income, and simple customer bills in plain language.
- To show transaction history, support edits and deletes, and compute summaries from saved records.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, respond to feedback, and keep account data isolated.
Storage and protection
- Guest and registered sessions have isolated ledger data.
- Writes require confirmation before a transaction is committed.
- Guest chat stops after 10 saved transactions, and registered free users may also have chat limits. These limits apply only to chat, not to manual transaction controls.
Your choices
- You can review, edit, and delete transactions from the Transactions table.
- You can update preferences and password settings from Settings.
- You can contact the team through Feedback for questions about your account or data.
