Using aiLedger

• Use aiLedger to record your own expenses, income, customer bills, and related summaries.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not use another person's account without permission.
• Do not use the service to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Free user chat limits

Guests can use chat until 10 transactions have been saved, then registration is required to keep chatting. Manual transaction controls remain available. Registered free users may also have chat limits so the service can remain reliable.

Accuracy and confirmations

• The assistant proposes entries and summaries, but you are responsible for reviewing the result.
• Transactions are saved only after confirmation, and summaries come from saved database records.
• aiLedger is a focused ledger, not professional financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Service operation

• The app may change as features are improved, corrected, or retired.
• Access may be paused or limited to protect security, reliability, or other users.
• Feedback may be used to improve the product, but submitting feedback does not require aiLedger to add a requested feature.
